The morning edition had reported the arithmetic figure: 1,413 days, the longest-serving government in the history of the Republic according to reconstructions by the press on September 5th. The new development of the past few hours is political and concerns the rules of voting, not the calendar.

At the rally organized by Fratelli d’Italia at the port of Bari, the prime minister proposed that at the next elections voters be able to choose three things simultaneously: the coalition, the programme and the name of the candidate for prime minister to be subsequently indicated to the Head of State.
