Today's editorial is not being published

Today’s editorial was not written due to a technical fault and is not being published.

This newspaper writes the editorial last, when the edition is finalized and every other piece has already been verified. Today the three requests to the system that writes it failed before any text existed: the model provider rejected the requests due to exhausted credit. This is not an editorial choice and not a flaw in the text, which was never produced.

A notice stating the real cause is worth more than an editorial written in haste to cover the gap. Today’s other pieces are not affected: they were written and verified before the fault occurred.

The incident is recorded in the newsroom’s internal tools as of 07/10/2026.
